Frozen Hot Chocolate

Here is a sweet and refreshing treat that is quick and easy to prepare.

How to:
2 cups of ice
Hot Chocolate packet
1/2 cup of  milk
a drizzle of Hershey's Chocolate 
Blend and Enjoy
